What is going on?!Critically acclaimed games such as Skyrim and Mass Effect 3 are basically getting projectile e-vomit spewed on them, whilst critically average ones (Binary Domain) see praise to the heavens.I’ve not played the latter so can’t comment on its said merits, but having plunged 110 hours into Skyrim and 11 into Mass Effect 3, how anyone would mark these games with a 0 is beyond me. Apply the same polygon count to what Team Bondi achieved, then they will be almost there with creating the perfect virtual character.Quantic Dream stated the tech has improved by up to 50% since the demo was created, which seems like a typical get out clause.
Graphically impressive, but the facial animation and lip-synching doesn’t seem to have improved a great deal since Heavy Rain, and is certainly nowhere near as convincing as L.A. Bad dreamI checked out Quantic Dream new tech demo, expecting something revolutionary after you hinted it was perhaps more impressive than L.A.
